A character that handles routine leveling comfortably can still reach a tougher PVE objective with too little money left for supplies or equipment changes. That is the resource problem worth addressing during MapleStory Classic World's Founder's First Step event. Treating MS Classic World Mesos as a progression reserve, rather than an excuse for immediate purchases, keeps attendance rewards from encouraging expensive distractions. The useful question is which reward removes an obstacle.
Attendance Is a Scheduling Problem
Founder's First Step runs from October 6 through October 20, 2026. Characters at level 10 or above can accept its quest from the Maple Administrator. Rewards follow completed check-ins, not an uninterrupted sequence of calendar days. Missing a session therefore does not automatically erase earlier attendance progress.
This structure suits players with uneven schedules, but the closing date still matters. Check the event interface instead of assuming every remaining reward is reachable. Making attendance the first task of an ordinary session reduces the chance of finishing your training and forgetting the check-in.
Early-game players should focus on reaching eligibility through normal progression. Characters already meeting the requirement gain little from reorganizing their entire routine around attendance. The event works best as a supplement to useful play, not a replacement for it.
Spend Rewards Where Progress Actually Stalls
The first attendance reward contains a 5,000 Leaf Points Exchange Coupon, Megaphones, Super Megaphones, Atmospheric Effect Boxes, 30 Red Potions, and 30 Blue Potions. That package mixes progression supplies with communication and visual items. Treating everything as equally valuable obscures the items that can help your next session.
For a developing character short on supplies, the potions deserve immediate attention. For someone already carrying enough, they are additional inventory to organize rather than a reason to extend a session beyond its useful point. Communication and visual rewards should not displace the supplies needed for ordinary leveling.
The coupon requires a different decision. Its practical value depends on the available exchange options and your character's needs; the point total alone does not establish the best purchase. Review those options before committing, especially if your current build has no obvious problem that an exchange would solve.
Build planning should begin with the obstacle, not the reward. A weapon concern, an unfinished quest, and insufficient supplies call for different responses. Receiving something free does not make an unrelated equipment purchase sensible.
Keep Farming Focused on Sustainable Progress
Attendance rewards can support farming, but they do not establish a better training route by themselves. Keep using a productive routine unless you can identify why changing it serves your current objective. Otherwise, movement between unrelated tasks can turn a simple reward collection into a distracted session.
Check attendance and collect eligible rewards before committing to your main activity.
Choose one progression objective, such as reaching level 30, improving a weapon, or completing a quest.
Set aside enough mesos for supplies and expected equipment replacements before considering optional purchases.
Use event items only where they support that objective, and keep other rewards organized for later review.
This order separates short-term convenience from lasting improvement. Early-game characters may benefit most from usable supplies. Mid-game planning should examine whether spending fixes a recurring obstacle. For longer-term development, preserve flexibility rather than buying equipment merely because the event has reduced today's supply pressure.
Prepare for Launch Without Overspending
Grand Launch is scheduled for October 21, 2026, and Founder's Access progress carries over. Check item descriptions and expiration details before counting temporary rewards as lasting resources. Also distinguish the attendance deadline from the separate Founder's Package claim deadline. Attendance supplies can inform PVE preparation, but they provide no basis for PVP-specific build claims.
Players considering cheap GMSCW Mesos should first identify a concrete progression need rather than treating the event as a spending prompt. Collect eligible rewards, protect your supply budget, and make equipment decisions against your next objective. Entering launch with a coherent plan matters more than consuming every reward immediately.
